Panettone is an Italian type of sweet bread loaf originally from Milan, usually prepared and enjoyed for Christmas and New Year in Western, Southern and Southeastern Europe as well as in the Horn of Africa, and to a lesser extent in former French, Spanish and Portuguese colonies. Enjoy it with cold Moscato d'Asti, Franciacorta or why not Swedish Glögg.

Ingredients : Wheat flour - Sultanas 16.5% - Candied orange peels 10.5% (Orange peels, Glucose-fructose syrup, sugar) - butter - egg yolk - Sugar - Natural yeast (Wheat flour, Water) - Invert sugar - EmulsifIERS: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids - Milk - Salt - Natural flavourings.
May contain traces of other tree nuts (hazelnuts and almonds) and soya.
Store in a cool dry place.
