Traditional panettone. Natural yeast sourdough. Bakery Product. Ingredients: wheat flour - sultan raisin 16.5% - whole eggs - sugar - butter - candied orange zest 5% (orange zest, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar) - milk - natural yeast (wheat flour, water) - emulsifier: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids - fructose - salt - beer yeast - natural aromas. May contain traces of: hazelnut and almond. Store in a dry and cool place.
