Panettone is an Italian type of sweet bread loaf originally from Milan, usually prepared and enjoyed for Christmas and New Year in Western, Southern and Southeastern Europe as well as in the Horn of Africa, and to a lesser extent in former French, Spanish and Portuguese colonies. Enjoy it with cold Moscato d'Asti, Franciacorta or why not Swedish Glögg.

Ingredients: maize starch - butter - whole eggs - rice flour - buckwheat flour - sugar - dark chocolate 10% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla extract) - rice starch - honey 6% - vegetable fibers - salt - stabilisers: xanthan gum, guar gum - raising agent: sodium bicarbonate - natural vanilla flavouring.
May contains traces of tree nuts and sesame seeds.
